【摘要】:ThispartofISO11148appliestohand-heldnon-electricpowertools(hereafterreferredtoas“drillsandtappers”)intendedforrotarydrillingofholesinallkindsofmaterial,e.g.wood,metal,concrete,plastics,etc.,orfortappingandcleaningthreadsinmetalandplastics.Thedrillsandtapperscanbepoweredbycompressedair,hydraulicfluidorinternalcombustionenginesandareintendedforusebyoneoperatorandsupportedbytheoperator'shandorhands,withorwithoutasuspension,e.g.abalancer.ThispartofISO11148isapplicableto?drills;?heavydutydrillswithtwohandles;?tappers.ThispartofISO11148isnotapplicabletospecialrequirementsandmodificationsofdrillsandtappersforthepurposeofmountingtheminfixtures.ThispartofISO11148dealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsorhazardouseventswhendrillsandtappersareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusethatarereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer,withtheexceptionoftheiruseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.
