【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofmercuryindrinking,surface,groundandrainwaterusingatomicfluorescencespectrometry.NOTEThisInternationalStandardmaybeappliedtoindustrialandmunicipalwastewaterafteranadditionaldigestionstepunderappropriateconditions.Thepotentiallineardynamicrangeisapproximately1ng/Ito100i~g/I.Inpractice,theworkingrangeisoftenfrom10ng/Ito10μg/l.Samplescontainingmercuryatconcentrationshigherthantheworkingrangecanbeanalysedfollowingappropriatedilutionofthesample.Themethoddetectionlimit(XDL)willbedependentontheselectedoperatingconditionsandcalibrationrange.Withhighpurityreagents,axDLoflessthan1ng/Iisobtainable.Therelativestandarddeviationistypicallylessthan5%forconcentrationsgreaterthantwentytimesthemethoddetectionlimit.Thesensitivityofthismethodisdependentontheselectedoperatingconditions.
