【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60317specifiestherequirementsofenamelledroundcopperwindingwireofclass180withadualcoating.Theunderlyingcoatingisbasedonpolyesterimideresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.Thesuperimposedcoatingisabondinglayerbasedonathermoplasticresin.NOTEAmodifiedresinisaresinthathasundergoneachemicalchange,orcontainsoneormoreadditivestoenhancecertainperformanceorapplicationcharacteristics.Class180isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof180andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast200°C.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythispartis:–Grade1B:0,020mmuptoandincluding1,600mm;–Grade2B:0,020mmuptoandincluding1,600mm.Thenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinclause4ofIEC60317-0-1.
