【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsofcarbonsteelsheetofcommercialanddrawingqualitiesincutlengthorcoilform,zinccoatedbyelectrolyticdeposition.Electrolyticzinc-coatedsheetisintendedforthemanufactureofformedorofmiscellaneousparts,andcanbesuppliedchemicallytreatedtorenderitmoresuitableforpainting.Thezinccoatingisexpressedinmicrometresofthicknesspersideforeitherequallycoated,differentiallycoatedorone-sidecoatedsheets.Thesesheetsaregenerallyproducedwithcoatingswhicharenotintendedtowithstandoutdoorexposurewithoutchemicaltreatmentandpainting.Electrolyticzinc-coatedsheetmaybeproducedinthicknessesof0,36mmandthicker(normallyupto4,0mm)andinwidthsof600mmandoverincoilsorcutlengths.Itisrecognizedthatmaterialsthinnerthan0,36mmorheavierthan4,0mmmaybesuitableforelectrolyticzinccoating,andifrequiredshouldbethesubjectofagreementbetweentheinterestedparties.2Electrolyticzinc-coatedsheetlessthan600mmwidemaybeslitfromwidesheetandwillbeconsideredassheet.3Commercialqualityelectrolyticzinc-coatedsheet(HR1orCR1)isintendedforgeneralfabricatingpurposeswheresheetisusedintheflat,orforbendingormoderateforming.4Drawingqualityelelectrolyticzinc-coatedsheet(HR2,HR3,HR4,orCR2,CR3,CR4,CR5)isintendedfordrawingorsevereforming.ItisfurnishedtoallrequirementsofthisInternationalStandardor,byagreementwhenordered,tofabricateanidentifiedpart,inwhichcasethemechanicalpropertiesofTable3(forhotrolled)andTable4(forcoldreduced)donotapply.Drawingqualitiesareidentifiedasfollows:—HR2/CR2-Drawingquality—HR3/CR3-Deepdrawingquality—HR4/CR4-Deepdrawingqualityaluminumkilled(non-ageing)—CR5-Extradeepdrawingquality(stabilizedinterstitialfree)
