【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportdefinesproceduresforthedeterminationoferrors,appropriatecorrectionsandtheevaluationofmeasurementuncertaintycontributorsduetothermalinfluencesintheperformanceoflengthmeasurementsforgeometricalproductspecification(GPS),when—themeantemperatureisthestandardreferencetemperature,—themeantemperatureisnotthestandardreferencetemperatureandwherethemeanistakenovertimeandspace,—temperaturevarieswithtime.Threecasesareconsidered:a)themeantemperatureisthestandardreferencetemperature;b)themeantemperatureisnotthestandardreferencetemperatureandtheusermakescorrections;c)themeantemperatureisnotthestandardreferencetemperatureandtheusermakesnocorrections.ThisTechnicalReportprovidesthespecializeddetailsfortheanalysisofthermalinfluencewhenbroaderanalyses,suchasthoseinaccordancewithISO/TS14253-2,showthatthermaleffectsaresignificantcontributorstothemeasurementuncertainty,systematicerrororboth.Whiletemperaturegradientsarenotcoveredindetail,someinformationisgiven(seeAnnexA).
