【摘要】:Thisstandardisintendedforusewhentherun-outaccuracyofthemovingpartsofelectronbeamweldingmachinescomplyingwithENISO14744-1istobemeasuredinconnectionwithanacceptanceinspection.Itprovidesinformationontheprocedureandapparatustobeusedformakingthemeasurements.Giventhegreatvarietyofelectronbeamweldingmachines,thescopeofmeasurementsrequiredforacceptanceinspectionpurposesshouldbespecifiedseparatelyforthemachineconcerned.Run-outaccuracyasdefinedhereisasystematicerrorandthuscountsasoneoftheparametersbywhichtheperformanceofamachinetoolcanbecharacterized.Otherfactorsinfluencingperformance(e.g.dynamicforces,vacuumlevel,positioningaccuracyofCNCmachines)andmethodsofstatisticalevaluationarenotcoveredinthisstandard.Electronbeamweldinginvolvesmovementoftheworkpieceand/oroftheelectrongun.Successfulweldingpresupposesthatthismovementiseffectedbythedevicesconcerned(e.g.worktableandrotatingfixture)withagivendegreeofaccuracy.Thepurposeofthemeasurementisthustocheckwhetherandtowhatextenttherequiredrun-outaccuracyismaintained.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesthegaschromatographicdeterminationof19chlorophenols(2-,3-,and4-chlorophenol,2,3-,2,4-,2,5-,2,6-,3,4-and3,5-dichlorophenol,2,3,4-,2,3,5-,2,3,6-,2,4,5-,2,4,6and3,4,5-trichlorophenol,2,3,4,5-,2,3,4,6-,and2,3,5,6-tetrachlorophenolandpentachlorophenol)indrinkingwater,groundwater,rainwater,wastewater,seawaterandsurfacewater.Thisstandarddescribesanacetylationfollowedbyaliquid/liquidextractionanddeterminationbygaschromatographyandelectroncapturedetectionormassselectivedetection.Themethodisvalidatedfordrinkingwater,surfacewaterandwastewater,butmaybeusedforallabovementionedtypesofwater.Withthismethodchlorophenolscanbedeterminedoverarangeofconcentrationsfrom0,1μg/1to1mg/1,dependingonthequantityofsampleusedandthecomponentsensitivity(levelofchlorination)(seeannexA).Insomecasescompleteseparationofisomerscannotbeachieved.Thenthesumisreported.Thismethodmaybeapplicabletootherhalogenatedphenoliccompounds,providedthemethodisvalidatedforeachcase.
