【摘要】:1.1MainpurposesThisEuropeanPrestandarddescribesasystemofconceptstosupportthedevelopment,maintenance,comparisonandimplementationofterminologysystems,whichinturnsupportdataclassification,communication,storageandretrievalinNursingInformationSystemsandNursingRecords.ThisEuropeanPrestandardincludesasetofcategorialstructuresthatcovernursingdiagnosesandnursingactions.EventhoughthePrestandardiscenteredonnursingneeds,itmaybeusedfordomainswithsimilarsemanticproperties,suchasthesubjectfieldcoveredbyICIDH-2.1.2TargetgroupsofthisEuropeanPrestandardThisEuropeanPrestandardisforusebya)developersofcodingsystemsandterminologiesonnursing,toassistinthedevelopmentandmaintenanceofaparticularsystem,aswellforcomparisonsamongdifferentsystems;b)developersofcategorialstructuresaboutothersystemsofconcepts,totakeintoaccounttherelationwithnursingandtobeawareoftheoverlapsamongdifferentsubjectfields;c)informationmodellersandknowledgeengineersbuildingmodelsforrecordsystems,inparticulartodescribetheexpectedcontentofterminologicalvaluedomainsforparticularattributesanddataelements;d)developersofinformationsystemswhichneedtohandleanexplicitsystemofclinicalconceptsforinternalorganization,datawarehousemanagementandmiddlewareservices;e)developersofsoftwareforNaturalLanguageProcessing,tofacilitateharmonisationoftheiroutputwithcodingsystemsandrecordstructures;f)developersofmarkupstandardsforrepresentationofhealthcaredocuments.1.3TopicsconsideredoutsidethescopeofthisEuropeanPrestandardThisEuropeanPrestandardisnotintendedtoprovidea)adetailedclassificationornomenclatureonnursingdiagnosesornursingactions;b)descriptorsandguidelinestorepresentcontextualinformationfortherecordingofinformationwithinanelectronichealthcarerecord;c)anexhaustivelistofallthepotentialdetailsthatcouldappearinexpressionsofnursingdiagnosesandnursingactions;d)anexhaustivethesauruswiththecompletelistofdescriptorstobeusedtodescribenursingdiagnosesandnursingactions.
